An ongoing commentary by the anonymous I about that rumbunctious rapscallion, Colonel Reginald R. Farquhear, Royal Camel Corps (rtd.) whose trials and tribulations are found in 'The Travel Journal of Colonel R Farquhear 1886-1911', and including occasional commentary and repartee by the Colonel himself.

Tell It To The Fortune Teller

Unfortunately (no pun intended), KAC's resident fortune teller has moved on, being the nomadic spirit she was.  However, these cards were inspired by group sessions devised to create a set of cards that would give people a 'psychic Ouija widgie', should they deign to cross our palms with 'silvery trinkets'.
(Click on any card to view an enlargement and to move forward or backward through the display).

This is series 1 of the card set taken directly from 'the ether', or so they say.  Each card in the series is shown as the front face next to the KAC Fortune Telling Card Series emblem which is on the reverse.

The second series was entirely the Colonel's creation.  He claims to have produced the series after imbibing a very strong mushroom soup Miss. Leonora had concocted following the group's 'ill-fated' (for some) 'Picnic at the River Cox' whence she had collected a variety of field 'mushrooms'.  So here it is in its entirety.
